The Vine Hot PassHead Chef Richard Lee brings to The Vine over two decades experience in some of London's top restaurants, including Quaglinos, Mezzo and nine years as Head Chef at Circus, St James.   He is at the helm of a young and industrious kitchen team whom he trains to embrace his own philosophy - that the finest element of a top-class dining experience is in the preparation of top-quality, seasonal produce with simple yet skilful execution.

Every aspect of our menu is prepared in-house, including our selection of breads and ice creams.  As many of our ingredients as possible are sourced from local farms and suppliers, with many meats locally raised, all fish from sustainable sources, and our game from Kent's own Chevening Estate.
