Having graduated as Sommelier Conseil from l'Universite du Vin, Suze la Rousse in France, Bernt Bouverie has developed an insatiable passion and knowledge for the wines of the world and has put together an exciting and ever-changing wine list that will invite the relaxed sipper and challenge the adventurous connoisseur.
Working with carefully selected wine suppliers he has developed a comprehensive wine list to complement our menus, with a thoughtfully chosen House Selection available by the glass.
